RedHailer is the first product we've shipped under our own name. It's a marketplace for local commerce — a single place that connects the people offering services and products with the people who need them.
The idea came from a simple frustration. Getting a job done usually means scattering it across half a dozen apps: one to find someone, another to message, a third to pay. That scattering costs the most for the people who can least afford it — the ones who sell, fix, deliver and build for a living. RedHailer pulls the essentials into one place, and is built so two people who've never met can deal with confidence.
A marketplace lives or dies on whether two strangers can trust a single transaction. That's the problem we set out to solve.
We're deliberately keeping the finer detail to ourselves for now, while the product finds its feet. What we can say is that it's live today on the web, on iPhone and on Android — and that we'll keep refining it, because running and improving what we make is the part of the work we actually signed up for.
